Questions worth asking any vendor.
Which practice management systems are supported?
Nine today — ezyVet, Provet Cloud, Animana, Sonetas, Fuga, LinkJournal, MyVetIT, VetUpManager, Vettigo and Solvit — through one shared adapter interface. Two are driven over a vendor API and seven through the practice's own web page, and both routes answer the same capability set, so no practice gets a lesser product for the system it happens to run. All nine are exercised end to end against this repo's mock, not yet against a vendor tenant.
Does audio leave the clinic?
Recorded audio is processed in your browser first, then uploaded for transcription. What is stored, for how long, and which processors are involved is documented in full rather than summarised.
Do you train models on our consultations?
No. Not on audio, not on transcripts, not on notes — and not on pseudonymised copies of them either, which is the usual loophole. There is no setting to check because there is nothing to opt out of.
What happens to recordings of pet owners?
An owner is a third party who never signed up for anything. We provide the notice text and consent wording for your waiting room, and a route for an owner to request deletion of a recording of their own voice.
